Wonderful apartment on the first line of Gandia Beach. First floor with views from the terrace with East orientation facing the sea. Offers two double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, a renovated bathroom with practical shower tray, renovated and modern kitchen with exit to terrace laundry/clothesline with views of the pool and common areas. Living-dining room with exit to a wide terrace with awnings, from which we see the Neptuno promenade and the beach. Includes underground parking space.
The building has a swimming pool with a delimited children's pool. Located in the centre of Gandia Beach, in the Aquarium complex, with all necessary amenities and services nearby. Apartment equipped with washing machine, TV and microwave. Capacity 4/5 people.
NO YOUNG GROUPS ARE ALLOWED (ages under thirty years old).
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen (fortnightly bed) and towels (1 bath-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. Pressure cooker and hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!
Key collection will be done at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and eviction of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages or non-compliance with the eviction schedule. Either leave a deposit of 150 € which will be returned 24/48 hours after review of the apartment, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption insurance for 28€, non-refundable.
In case of travelling with pets, if the apartment allows them, they will pay a supplement of 7 €/night/pet.
Gandia beach offers lifeguard service in high season, the water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and older people. There is a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services.
