Spectacular penthouse duplex ideal for enjoying a seaside holiday, with spacious outdoor areas, a chill-out zone and a large upper terrace with views of the sea horizon and mountains.

The accommodation is distributed across 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Additionally, there is a bedroom with a single bed and another bedroom with two single beds, perfect for families. The property also has an additional toilet.

The kitchen is independent and has direct access to one of the terraces on the ground floor, which provides great comfort and natural light. The dining room is spacious and welcoming, with access to another terrace equipped with a chill-out area, ideal for relaxing outdoors.

From inside the dwelling, you access the upper floor of the attic, where we find a laundry area, a living room and a large private terrace designed to make the most of the outdoors. This terrace features a Balinese bed, dining area and barbecue, creating a perfect space for meals, dinners and moments of rest with magnificent open views of the sea and the mountain.

A very complete, comfortable and bright accommodation, perfect for those seeking spaciousness, privacy and terraces where you can enjoy the good beach weather.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/supplies. A pressure cooker, blender, toaster or hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, do not forget to bring them!
Key collection will be carried out at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 13:00 hours onwards. It is possible to collect keys outside office hours, by requesting this in advance and having deposited the deposit beforehand. Departure and vacation of the accommodation will take place before 10:00 in the morning. Keys may be deposited within the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned at our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to cover possible damage: either leave a deposit of 150 € which will be returned after the apartment inspection, or contract an exemption for ACCIDENTAL damage (Insurance) of 28€ non-refundable.
The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed within the apartments).
Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, newsagents, pharmacy, and many other services. The slope of entry into the water is gentle, ideal for the youngest and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season we recommend having access to a vehicle so you can travel around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits that are well worth it. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach with no buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let us not forget fishing, which can be practised on beaches, sea arms and rivers.
