Duplex apartment on the 9th floor with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms,
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one double with en-suite bathroom, the other bedroom with a single bed, kitchen with American bar to the living room, and terrace. On the 2nd floor large bedroom with bathroom and 2 terraces. Offers AC in the living room and two bedrooms. The building has a swimming pool, solarium and common areas. Located in one of the most commercial areas of Gandia beach, on Paseo Rosa de los Vientos. A step away from the port. In the vicinity there are all types of services.
Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages, either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned after review, or take out an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) for €28 non-refundable.
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels. Includes fortnightly bed linen change.
Pressure cooker, mixer, toaster and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential, do not forget to bring them!
Key collection will be at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 XERACO BEACH, from 1:00 pm. It is possible to collect keys outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having fully paid for the apartment and deposited the deposit beforehand. The exit and evacuation of the accommodation will be carried out before 10:00 am.
