Description
The Flamingo building is located 300 m from the fine sand of Gandia beach. Located in the vicinity of various restaurants and other services. It offers a nice communal swimming pool.
This apartment is on the first floor, has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with a single bed, both with a ceiling fan. It also has a sofa bed in the living room. A bathroom with a shower tray and a toilet. A very bright kitchen open to the dining room, American style. South facing terrace, with views of the pool, furnished and with an awning. Includes a parking space and WIFI service.
Pets are not allowed, nor are groups of young people (under 30 years of age).
Maximum capacity 4 people.
Upon collection of the keys, a deposit of 150 € must be paid to cover any damage or loss of keys. Optionally, they can take out insurance for 28 €. The deposit will be refunded 24/48 hours after the return of the keys and after the inspection of the apartment.
The apartments are equipped with bed linen (fortnightly change) and towels (1 bath-shower/person, 2 toilet/bath). If travelling with pets, if the apartment allows them, they will pay a supplement of 5 €/night/pet.
Gandia beach offers lifeguard service during high season, the slope of the water entrance is gentle, ideal for the little ones and the elderly. There is a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services.
