Cosy studio apartment on the first line of Gandia Beach, located on the 10th floor with fabulous sea and beach views. South-facing apartment, as well as the terrace with awning/curtain. Recently renovated, with modern furniture. It has a double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and ceiling fan, a bathroom with shower tray, practical kitchen with American bar to the living-dining room. From here, access to a spacious terrace with fabulous sea and mountain views. It has AC in the living-dining room. Capacity 2/4 people.

The INFANTE building has a communal swimming pool with a children's pool, common areas with swings for children and a tennis court. It is located on the first line of Gandia Beach, a step away from the seafront promenade, between the Bayren hotel and La Colonia Ducal. In its vicinity, there are all types of services.

Pets are allowed upon request, maximum weight 12 kg.
YOUNG GROUPS (under thirty years old) ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bedding (fortnightly bed) and towels (1 bath-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. Pressure cooker and hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!

Key collection will be made at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages or non-compliance with the evacuation schedule. Either leave a deposit of €150 that will be returned 24/48 hours after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption insurance for €28, non-refundable.

In the case of travelling with pets, if the apartment allows them, they will pay a supplement of €7/night/pet.

Gandia beach offers lifeguard service in high season, the water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and older people. There is a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services.
