Small building located on the second beach line, just 65 metres from the fine sand. Its excellent location allows you to enjoy the beach just a few steps away, in a very practical area for comfortable and relaxed holidays.
A step away from the port area, where we find all types of services, and restaurants/cafes/ice cream parlours and other shops and entertainment.
First-floor apartment (without lift) completely renovated, modern and very well-maintained. The property has three bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower tray, and a pleasant living-dining room with an open kitchen, creating a spacious, functional and bright space to enjoy with family.
It has two terraces, the main one facing East, equipped with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The other terrace facing West, ideal for hanging out in the afternoon sun. It offers ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living room, and a dishwasher, a very practical added value during the stay.
An ideal option for those looking for a renovated apartment, well-located and with all the necessary amenities to spend a few days by the sea.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bedding (fortnightly bed) and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/miscellaneous. A pressure cooker or hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, do not forget to bring them!
Key collection will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm onwards. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am in the morning. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages or non-compliance with the evacuation schedule. Either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned within a maximum of 5 days after reviewing the apartment, or take out an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption insurance for €28, non-refundable.
Gandia beach with its 7.5 km of coastline and more than 3 km of fine white sand, together with a wonderful Mediterranean climate, is ideal for enjoying walking or running or beach sports.
Gandia beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth making. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, in the NORTH ZONE of Gandia beach, a virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practised on beaches, sea arms and rivers.
