This emblematic residential complex is situated on the beachfront in the NORTH residential area of Gandia beach. Fresh and bright apartment with three double bedrooms and two bathrooms (toilet and shower), with fabulous and panoramic views, furnished to enjoy comfortable and pleasant holidays. South-North orientation, all exterior except for the bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, window facing North towards the swimming pool and common areas. From the spacious lounge-dining room, you access a large terrace with furniture, where you can enjoy marvellous views of the sea and the mountains. It offers a lovely communal swimming pool with Venetian steps to facilitate entry/exit to the water, extensive common areas, and communal tennis court. Ideal for families with children, with all kinds of services in the vicinity.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bedding (fortnightly bed change) and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom) and WIFI. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/supplies. A pressure cooker and hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them!
Key collection will take place at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 13:00 hours onwards. It is possible to collect keys outside office hours, by requesting this in advance and having deposited the security deposit beforehand. Checkout and vacation of the accommodation must be completed before 10:00 in the morning. Keys may be left inside the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned at our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to cover possible damage or failure to comply with checkout time. Either leave a security deposit of 150 € which will be returned to you within a maximum of 5 days following inspection of the apartment, or take out an insurance policy for exemption from ACCIDENTAL damage for 28€, non-refundable.

Gandia beach with its 7.5 km of coastline and more than 3 km of fine white sand, together with a splendid Mediterranean climate, is ideal for enjoying walks or practising running or sand sports.
Gandia beach offers lifeguard service during high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, newsagents, pharmacy, and many other services. The slope of the water entry is gentle, ideal for the youngest and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season we recommend having access to a vehicle so you can travel around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits that are well worth it. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, in the NORTHERN ZONE of Gandia beach where ROMA XIV is located, a virgin beach with no buildings, due to its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let us not forget fishing, which can be practised on beaches, sea inlets and rivers.
