Description
The CANTABRIA building is located one hundred metres from the beach. It offers a lovely communal area with lush gardens and a welcoming swimming pool. It is situated in the CENTRE area of Gandía Beach, between the Bayren hotel and the Ducal Colony. There are all kinds of services in the surrounding area.
Apartment located on the tenth floor (with lift), it has an East-facing terrace with awning/curtain from where you can enjoy fabulous sea views. It has two double bedrooms (both with ceiling fans), lounge with sofa bed, fully equipped independent kitchen and a renovated bathroom with shower tray. Includes garage space and WIFI service.
Capacity for 4 people.

GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE NOT ALLOWED (ages under thirty years).
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bedding (fortnightly bed change) and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/supplies. A pressure cooker and hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them!
Key collection will be carried out at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 13:00 hours onwards. It is possible to collect keys outside office hours, by requesting this in advance and having deposited the deposit beforehand. Checkout and evacuation of the accommodation must be completed before 10:00 in the morning. Keys may be left inside the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned at our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to cover possible damage or failure to comply with checkout time. Either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned to you within a maximum of 5 days following inspection of the apartment, or take out accidental damage waiver insurance for €28, non-refundable.
Gandia beach with its 7.5 km of coastline and more than 3 km of fine white sand, together with a splendid Mediterranean climate, is ideal for enjoying walks or practising running or sand sports.
Gandia beach offers lifeguard services during peak season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, newsagents, pharmacies and many other services. The slope of the water entry is gentle, ideal for the youngest and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season we recommend having access to a vehicle so you can travel around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits that are well worth it. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular amongst ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, in the NORTHERN ZONE of Gandia beach where ROMA XIV is located, virgin beach with no buildings, due to its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let us not forget fishing, which can be practised on beaches, sea inlets and rivers.

-La ubicación. Céntrico y en general cerca de todo.
-La plaza de garaje amplia y cerca del ascensor.
