It is the top floor of a very quiet building, overlooking the pedestrian street, it is a second floor without a lift, spacious stairs (only 6 neighbours, 2 per floor). Key collection will be carried out at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 13:00 hours onwards. It is possible to collect keys outside office hours by requesting this in advance and having deposited the security deposit beforehand. Departure and evacuation of the accommodation must be completed before 10:00 in the morning. Keys may be left inside the accommodation after consultation, or they will be returned at our offices.
Upon arrival, you will have two options to cover any possible damage or failure to comply with the evacuation time. Either leave a security deposit of €150 which will be returned to you within a maximum of 5 days following inspection of the apartment, or take out accidental damage waiver insurance for €28, which is non-refundable.
