Apartment in the northern area of Xeraco beach, located on the seventh floor, terrace on the north-east facing floor (cool) equipped with an awning, with fabulous sea and beach views. Via some stairs you can access a second upper terrace for private use. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, both with shower trays. Spacious kitchen (with dishwasher) with access to a terrace-gallery with a bar area where you can enjoy breakfast or coffee with fabulous sea views.
Completely refurbished, it is furnished with very good taste. Includes garage space and WIFI service.
Azahar II is a building located 60 metres from the sand in the Northern area of Xeraco beach, which offers tranquillity and guaranteed rest. In the common areas there is a swimming pool with a fenced children's paddling pool, a social-recreation area and a tennis court.
NO PETS ALLOWED. GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE (under thirty years of age) ARE NOT ADMITTED.
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels. Fortnightly bed linen changes are included.
A pressure cooker, blender, toaster or hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, do not forget to bring them!
Key collection will be carried out at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 13:00 hours onwards. It is possible to collect keys outside office hours by requesting this in advance and having deposited the deposit beforehand. Departure and evacuation of the accommodation must be completed before 10:00 in the morning.
Keys may be deposited within the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned at our offices. Prior to key collection, you will deposit a deposit of €150 or insurance of €28.
The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed within the apartments).
Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service during high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, newsagents, pharmacy, and many other services. The slope of entry into the water is gentle, ideal for the youngest and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season we recommend having access to a vehicle so you can travel around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits well worth your while. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular amongst ornithologists. Playa de l'Ahuir, a stretch of virgin beach with no buildings, due to its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let us not forget fishing, which can be practised on beaches, sea inlets and rivers.
