Description
Delfines I is a modern low-rise residential complex (without lift) with extensive common areas, garage, swimming pool, garden and tennis court. Located in the South area of Xeraco beach, 60 metres from the sand.
The apartment in question is on the first floor, has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms (both with shower trays), fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and gallery-laundry exit, living-dining room with access to a large South-facing terrace with awning. It has ceiling fans in all bedrooms and AC throughout the accommodation. Capacity 6/7 people. It is equipped with television, washing machine and microwave. Includes covered parking space. NO PETS ALLOWED.
NO YOUNG GROUPS are allowed under thirty years of age.
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. Pressure cooker, mixer, toaster and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential, do not forget to bring them!
Key collection will be at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 XERACO BEACH, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. Exit and evacuation of accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) for €28 non-refundable.
Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).
Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth making. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let us not forget fishing, which can be practiced on beaches, sea arms and rivers.
