Los Delfines V is a modern low-rise residential complex with a lift. It offers spacious common areas and a swimming pool with a children's pool. Located in the central area of Xeraco beach, 130 metres from the beach. Adjacent to a wide landscaped pedestrian walkway leading to the children's playground and sports area (40 m away).
The apartment in question is a second floor with a private use top floor terrace with barbecue and furniture.
It has three bedrooms, a suite bathroom, a shower toilet in the complete hallway and a practical kitchen with a gallery-laundry room with access to a second west-facing terrace with views of the pool and common areas. Cosy and spacious living-dining room, with access to a large east-facing terrace with views of the Human Rights landscaped promenade. From here, access is gained to the top floor terrace.
It offers WIFI service and ducted air conditioning throughout the accommodation.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bedding and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bedding change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. Pressure cooker, mixer, toaster or hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!
Key collection will be done at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150 that will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) of €28 non-refundable.
The Xeraco City Council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).
Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms and rivers.
