Description
The NARANJOS I-II complex consists of two high-rise construction blocks with elevator, offering a spacious landscaped common area, a large pool with a designated children's splash area, paddle tennis court, basketball court, and handball court. Located at Avda. de la Mota No. 39, in the North area of Xeraco beach, just sixty-five meters from the fine sandy beach. A very quiet area with little traffic, which ensures rest.
Beautiful apartment, all in perfect condition, with THREE double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of them with shower tray), independent kitchen with dishwasher and cozy living room with air conditioning and exit to a spacious terrace with SouthEast orientation awnings with fabulous views of the sea and mountain. From here, via some stairs, access is gained to the private use top floor attic terrace. Includes parking space and WIFI service. Capacity 6 people.

NO GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE ARE ADMITTED (ages under thirty years old).
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linens and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toiletries/bathroom). Includes biweekly bed linen change. We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/miscellaneous items. A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them!
Key collection will be carried out at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, starting at 1:00 PM. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 AM. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to address possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150 that will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) for €28 non-refundable.
The city council of Xeraco offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout the entire Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).
The beach of Xeraco offers lifeguard service during high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. During low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits that are well worth it. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. The beach of l'Ahuir, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practiced on beaches, sea arms, and rivers.
