Este apartamento en planta baja se encuentra en primera línea de playa, ubicado debajo del nivel del mar y detrás de la duna de la hermosa playa de Xeraco. Cuenta con dos dormitorios, uno con cama doble y el otro con dos camas individuales, un baño completo con plato de ducha y un salón comedor con cocina americana completamente equipada, incluyendo un lavavajillas para mayor comodidad. Tiene ventiladores de techo en el dormitorio principal y en el salón. Ofrece servicio WIFI
Además, cuenta con una bonita terraza donde podrás disfrutar de la brisa marina. Es un lugar ideal para relajarse y disfrutar de unas vacaciones tranquilas en la playa. Capacidad 4 personas.
No se admiten grupos de gente joven menores de 30 años.
No se admiten mascotas.
A la recogida de llaves deberán depositar una fianza de 150 € para cubrir posibles desperfectos, pérdida de llaves y/o incumplimiento del horario de salida, está se devolverá 24/48 horas tras el desalojo previa revisión del alojamiento.
