Cozy apartment on the seventh floor offers you a comfortable and functional stay, perfect for a relaxed vacation. It features two bedrooms equipped with ceiling fans, bathroom, independent kitchen with gallery, and a bright living-dining room with air conditioning, which provides access to a spacious terrace with open views of the common areas, the pool, the mountains, and partially, the sea.
The apartment is fully equipped with WiFi, TV, washing machine, and microwave, ensuring a practical and comfortable stay. Additionally, pets up to 10 kg are allowed upon request and with a supplement. The building has an elevator, a community pool with a landscaped area, and an open ground floor that provides direct access to common areas.
Located in one of the best areas of Xeraco Beach, its south orientation guarantees luminosity throughout the day and easy access to all services in the area.
The city council of Xeraco offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout the entire Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).
Xeraco beach offers lifeguard services during high season. The water entry slope on the shore is gentle, ideal for children and older people. There is a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. During low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth experiencing. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. The latter is very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, is significant for its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and native plants can be found, is undoubtedly another experience for visitors. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practiced on beaches, sea arms, and rivers.
