Marvellous residential located on an East-Southeast facing slope with fabulous views of the marshland and the Mediterranean Sea. It is located in the municipality of Xeresa, a small and charming town just three kilometres from the beach and eight from Gandia, the capital of the region.
Fantastic apartment with all the necessary amenities for perfect holidays, for those who want to relax and disconnect from worldly noises.
It offers a large terrace of thirty square metres, next to a living and dining room, also contiguous and with access from two bedrooms. Complete American kitchen to the living-dining room. It has two full bathrooms (both with shower trays), one of them a suite in the main bedroom. Three bedrooms, two of them with double beds and direct access to the terrace, and the third with two single beds. Equipped with air conditioning throughout the accommodation. Offers WIFI service and includes garage space. Large terrace with fabulous views of the mountain, the sea and the landscaped common areas of the residential.
The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary to cook and set the table, equipped with washing machine and microwave.

To be taken into account, to book this accommodation, it is recommended to travel by car. The Xeresa del Monte residential is built on a slope, and therefore we remind you that there are many steps and stairs to overcome. There are external lifts to move between a wide community area and the three swimming pools (maximum depth 1.40 m). These with their green landscaped environment, with a waterfall and two jacuzzis, provide relaxation and well-being for the whole family. Available: sun loungers, changing rooms and toilets.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. Pressure cooker, blender, toaster or hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!
Key collection will be made at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages, either leave a deposit of €150 that will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) of €28 non-refundable.
The beaches of Xeraco and Gandia, 3 km and 8 km respectively, offer lifeguard service in high season, as well as a great variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to be able to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountain and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. The l'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings between the beaches of Xeraco and Gandia, for its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let us not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms and rivers.
