The apartment is on the 3rd floor, terrace on the North-facing floor (cool), with wonderful views of the sea and mountains. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, a large kitchen (with dishwasher) and spacious gallery-laundry room. Tastefully furnished and functional, it includes WIFI service. It guarantees comfortable and pleasant holidays. Includes covered parking.
Azahar II is a building located 60 metres from the sand in the North area of Xeraco beach, which offers tranquillity and assured rest. In the common areas there is a swimming pool with a fenced children's paddling pool, social-recreation area and tennis court.
NO pets allowed.
Upon arrival, you will have two options to cover possible damage, either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned after inspection, or contract an exemption for ACCIDENTAL damage (Insurance) of €28 non-refundable.
NO GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE (ages under thirty years) ARE ADMITTED.
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels. Includes fortnightly change of bed linen.
A pressure cooker, blender, toaster or hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, do not forget to bring them! Key collection will be carried out at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 13:00 hours onwards. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having deposited the deposit beforehand. Departure and evacuation of the accommodation must be completed before 10:00 in the morning. Keys may be deposited within the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned at our offices. Prior to key collection, you will deposit a deposit of €150 or the insurance of €28.
