"BARLOVENTO I" is a high-rise construction with seven floors and lift, offering tennis court and paved area surrounding the swimming pool and its children's pool, also with Venetian staircase and water access crane. Adjacent beautiful community garden. Located in the central area of Xeraco beach, at Avenida Borrons No. 10, just thirty metres from the fine sandy beach.

Lovely and spacious apartment with three bedrooms, two bathrooms (both with shower) and independent kitchen. Comfortable living room with access to a large south-east facing terrace (with awning), from where you can enjoy fabulous SEA VIEWS, and the common areas, swimming pool and its surroundings. Includes underground double parking space. It has five ceiling fans, installed in all bedrooms and in the living-dining room.

The apartment is ideal for spending fantastic family holidays, located in an area close to beach bars, restaurants, supermarkets, children's leisure areas and less than 200 metres from the pharmacy, medical centre and tourist office.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. Pressure cooker, blender, toaster and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential, do not forget to bring them!

Key collection will be at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 XERACO BEACH, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. Exit and evacuation of accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to address possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) for €28 non-refundable.

Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).

Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a virgin beach section without buildings, for its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms and rivers.
