Description
Apartment located on the beach of Gandia, one hundred and twenty metres from the sandy beach, and in the vicinity of all kinds of services, a step away from the emblematic Ducal Colony.
Small and comfortable accommodation on the second floor (with lift). It has one bedroom with two single beds, another with another single bed. Small and practical bathroom with shower tray. The common area, where you will spend most of your time, consists of a living and dining area, next to the kitchen, and with access to a North-facing terrace with awning.
Charming and practical apartment where you can enjoy fabulous holidays. Offers air conditioning in the living-dining room and main bedroom, and WIFI service. Capacity 2/3 people.
Pets are not allowed
NO YOUNG GROUPS ARE ALLOWED (under thirty years old).
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen (fortnightly bed) and towels (1 bath-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. A pressure cooker or hair dryer is not standard. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!
Key collection will be done at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 XERACO BEACH, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages or non-compliance with the evacuation schedule. Either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned 24/48 hours after inspection of the apartment, or take out an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption insurance for €28, non-refundable.
In the case of travelling with pets, if the apartment allows them, they will pay a supplement of €7/night/pet.
Gandia beach offers lifeguard service in high season, the water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and older people. There is a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services.
